This week, we’re shining a light on jaarizona Junior Achievement of Arizona (JA), one of the incredible programs we proudly support through our Agency Review process. JA provides life-changing financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship programs to  190,000 primarily low-income students across Arizona every year.

The impact is clear:
- JA students are 51% more likely to earn a Bachelor’s degree
- 81% say JA influenced their career path
- These programs wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of nearly 7,000 community volunteers who step up each year

For JA, it’s about hope—hope for a brighter future, hope for opportunities, and hope for a stronger community. To continue this important work, they rely on both volunteers and donations.
