I got to learn and train with 3️⃣ time national champion ringing65 🏆🏆🏆
🚨A huge congratulations to Alex on his recent retirement and an end to a legendary career🚨
I look forward to following in Alex’s footsteps and using what he taught me to get National Championship #2 of a possible 4 - this next year.  Alex taught me a beautiful world class post double leg and post high crotch at Oklahoma State back in 2020, before I won the 2021 National Championship.  Alex just taught the same technique with different set ups.
