KAILLIE : 
Three-time Olympic Champion,  five-time World Champion @kailliehumphries joined us @palmheightsgc with her family to start her training journey for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. Kaillie also chose @palmheightsathletics as the training centre where she would begin her post-partum training with 13 week-old son Alden. Working closely with her coach of 20 years @fingermash and @beejayspeed she led an integrated group of all-comer pro-athletes from CrossFit, gymnastics, track and field and boxing keen to learn and train with her. Kaillie also shared her knowledge with PHA members in a bob sled masterclass. On property Kailie enjoyed @jaketylerbrodsky and @tillies Fillet Oscar and @coconutclubgc Grill Bowls. She recovered from strength sessions using the cold plunge and enjoyed @gardenclubgc Hammam Treatment.
