Workout, work, eat, train, repeat💪🏽🎧⚽️🏋🏽‍♀️🛍️
I feel like since I’ve been keeping myself busy I’ve been really focused on my day by day rather than fixating on my ACL recovery😌 I try to start my day with rehab or a workout because right after I get right into working my day job and after training all the kids in soccer⚽️ See all these kids training and working so hard to try and get better their sport is really inspiring to me to keep working on recovering faster to get back to playing⚽️🫶🏽
