Diamante’s First Tee Program, founded in 2020, aims to support children in Los Cabos through golf, life skills, and core values such as respect and perseverance. Every Saturday, more than 120 children, including many Diamante employees’ families, gather at the Oasis Short Course for activities led by 36 coaches. The program, aligned with the original U.S. First Tee initiative combines golf with character development.

Supported by the World Wide Technology Championship and the PGA TOUR, events like The Oasis Short-Am benefiting The First Tee of Diamante showcase young participants who play alongside professionals, with proceeds enhancing the program. It provides invaluable opportunities for these children to grow as athletes and future leaders.
