If your recipe calls for room temperature eggs, THERE’S A REASON FOR THIS! Don’t use them cold from the fridge! Instead of waiting over an hour for them to come to room temp “naturally”, speed up the process with a bowl of warm (but not hot!) water. Let the eggs sit submerged for 10-15 minutes then use them in your recipe!
