## Caption

Nikita Prishcepov was drafted with the 217th pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, and he’s just earned a contract with the Avalanche 😳

Prishchepov, the 20 year old from Russia, scored 67 points in 63 games with Victoriaville of the QMJHL last season.

He will still report to the Eagles (AHL) but reporters are noting him down as a possible call up option
