Life lately!

1. Chatted with fellow Copenhagen expat Lily Collins of Emily in Paris about how she and her husband fuel their creativity in the city. 🎨 🎭

2. Did my first ice bath and survived! 🧊 🛀🏽

3. Celebrated my birthday breakfast at Atelier September and ate my body weight in their whipped butter. IYKYK.  🎂🧈

4. Hosted my first Visibility Workout for my new Trusted Icon ™clients and they loved the structure of the 60 min session and got visibility work done.  💪🏽 💪🏽 💪🏽 Don’t you just love a non-waffling coaching program where you actually implement things into your business?!?

5. Survived 95 degrees celcius in an insanely hot saunagus.  I invited some new ex pat friends and suddenly realised I had invited them to a squid game challenge! They’re still talking to me. 🔥 💦

6. Got a much-needed dose of colour in Copenhagen’s beautiful design museum. I love Danish design but everything here is in white, grey and camel so this was much needed! #cravingcolour 🌈 🪑

7. Wandered around Noma, the world’s best restaurant, (until they maxed out the award limit!). Was very excited when I stumbled on the wall that was featured in The Bear! (Latest season was filmed there!). 🎥

8. Bought a pretty light – so curly swirly. 🛋️

9. Cut a celery at my cute farmer’s market that is calmer than a yoga studio.  🥕
