#TSRUpdatez: #Roommates, many of ya’ll were shocked to see some members of the #StLunatics reunite with #Nelly during the AMAs amid their ongoing lawsuit. tmz_tv shares that only one former member from the group, #AliJones, is moving forward with the $50 million lawsuit. Nelly’s lawyer states the other three want no parts.

Reports state a letter was sent to the attorney who filed the lawsuit against Nelly revealing that #MurphyLee, #Kyjuan, and #CitySpud did not authorize their inclusion in the lawsuit. If you recall, Ali filed the suit in mid-September, claiming he and other St. Lunatics members have been shut out of royalties and profits from Nelly’s Diamond-selling “Country Grammar” album and other tracks.

In addition, Nelly’s attorney, N. Scott Rosenblum, says the 3 St. Lunatics recently retained him and are now demanding to be removed from the suit. Murphy Lee, Kyjuan, and City Spud are threatening legal repercussions. Sources say the men were blindsided by the suit, and they are still tight with Nelly.
