Hot Cocoa Truffles, recipe below! I partnered with Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® to give you ‘choose your own adventure’ hot cocoa truffles! All you need is Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix (in flavors like mint, peanut butter, birthday cake🥳, strawberry, caramel, mocha…) and mix with a little melted chocolate, cream, unsalted butter and you’ve got the yummiest, creamiest, dreamiest truffles! Make ‘em and tag us!!
 
FYI, I used the Caramel, Mocha and Mint when testing and they were all 🔥🔥🔥!!

MAKES 8-10 TRUFFLES
 
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (60 g) heavy whipping cream
1 packet (35 g) of your favorite Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix
1 tablespoon (14 g) unsalted butter
3/4 cups (90 g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
 
TRUFFLE COATINGS
1 1⁄2 cups (228 g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
