Are you ready for Thanksgiving?!

I really wanted to change it up this year with the side dishes and go a little less traditional. So, I decided to make Roasted Hassleback Butternut Squash inside of mashed potatoes ( for Thanksgiving #1). 

A flavor like no other. 

The perfect balance of sweet and savory makes this side dish a true delight. With melted goat cheese for a smooth, sweet flavor that helps cut down the strong aromatic flavor of Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
