## Caption

We'd like to send a sincere thanks to our Guest Speaker, Rachael Steil, for coming and speaking during Mental Health Week here at Northwood last evening. Steil is the author of runninginsilence and an advocate for eating disorder awareness and recovery. Our students and staff learned about steps to recognize symptoms, receive help, and ways for recovery.
Also, thank you to our sponsor joltcu for making this possible!
