Melting Snowman Chocolate Bark ⛄️❄️

Surely you knew this one would be coming right?! 😂 after making those adorable snowman cookies last week it only seemed right to make a chocolate bark version!

INGREDIENTS:
-ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
-blue oil based food coloring 
-mini marshmallows 
-regular marshmallows 
-sprinkles
-M&M’s 
-mini pretzel sticks
-extra chocolate/icing for the snowman’s face 

1. Heat the chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts until fully melted. Reserve 1/4 of the chocolate and color the rest blue.

2. Pour the blue chocolate onto a lined baking tray and smooth out. Pour the remaining white chocolate on top of the blue to resemble small “puddles”.

3. Place a marshmallow onto each puddle for the snowman’s head, M&M’s for the buttons, and pretzel sticks for the arms. Add eyes, a mouth, and a carrot nose with the melted chocolate or icing onto the marshmallow.

4. Decorate the blue chocolate with marshmallows and sprinkles if you wish. When the chocolate has begun to set, slice around the snowman puddles with a knife. Allow chocolate to set in the fridge until firm.
