Hot Cocoa Cookies 🍪☕️

Easily the easiest and most scrumptious cookies you’ll make this holiday season! I used a brownie mix as the base and it’s a total game changer. lifeandsprinkles introduced me to box mix cookies and I’ll forever be hooked! 😍

You’ll need-
-1 box ghirardelli brownie mix 
-1/4 cup flour (if batter is not thick enough)
-2 large eggs
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-1/2 cup mini dehydrated marshmallows 
-regular marshmallows 
-chocolate sauce or ganache
-sprinkles
-peppermint pieces

Place the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil into a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 9-13 minutes.

While the cookies are still hot, add a marshmallow to the center of each. It should melt slightly.

Once the cookies have cooled, spoon a small amount of chocolate sauce or ganache (equal parts heavy cream and chocolate) onto the marshmallows. 

Add sprinkles and peppermint pieces on top the chocolate.
