This week I saw champagneang ‘s melting snowman cookies and was so inspired to try them! I’m definitely in the Christmas mood and the weather seems to be as well! ❄️

(Sugar cookie and icing recipe I used from my cookbook Caketopia)

You’ll need-
-baked sugar cookies
-thinned royal icing
-marshmallows 
-M&M’s
-melted dark chocolate 

Spoon a small amount of royal icing onto each cookie, allowing it to form a puddle shape.

Place the marshmallow onto the puddle, then pipe on the eyes, mouth, stick arms, and carrot nose.
