Gingerbread Chocolate Bark 🎄 

Growing up one of my favorite treats was a gingerbread boy from the bakery! Turns out it also makes a delicious chocolate bark flavor! I added gingerbread essence to the chocolate and it was perfect with all the toppings.

You’ll need-
-colored chocolate bars or melting wafers (ghirardelli)
-gingerbread essence
-Gingerbread men or ginger snap cookies
-M&Ms
-gumdrops
-mini marshmallows 
-gingerbread house decorations 
-nonpareil sprinkles

Melt chocolate bars on a baking tray for 5-10 minutes at 100F in the oven.

Swirl the colors together with a knife and add all the toppings while the chocolate is still wet.

Place into the fridge until set, then break into smaller pieces and place into gift bags or an airtight container.
