🍎 #appleseason baking inspiration = GF apple cake with brown butter & cinnamon sugar. 

I adapted this recipe from the rosemary pear tea cakes in Alternative Baker. A blend of flours (including hazelnut flour) creates a dreamy / moist / tender crumb loaded with thinly sliced apples and scented with vanilla bean brown butter. 

Dusted with cinnamon sugar and served up with creme fraiche, it’s cozy & loaded with fall flavor. Bonus that it will make your kitchen smell irresistible!
