When Drew came to me he mentioned he struggled with weight in the past and the main goal was to lean out for his wedding. He also had nerve impingement that was affecting his right tricep so we definitely implemented some isolation work. He traveled for work a bunch of times so my program was perfect to ensure a routine for him and that he was on top of his nutrition while he was gone. He was also local so I would train him in person once on the weekends just to double down on his progress 💪🏾

“Just wanted to let you know that I just tried on my favorite pair of jeans that I haven’t been able to wear in almost 2 years. Fit perfectly, and I’m actually heavier than I was then, so must be a bit more muscle too. Thanks for all you’ve done for us. Really loving it.”
