HYROX TOR Mixed Relay - 59:36
1st place Mixed & Overall 🏆

Team: zach_tait11, ambertait, chelsiegrant_ & alexandergolikk 

This race was an absolute blast! From the very start, we were flying around. The transition area was at the way back of the rox zone between 6-7 creating an extremely long rox (7:52, fastest team). We made up for that extra distance with our total run time (29:57, fastest team) + having 5 station splits be 1st or 2nd best across all teams. 

The gold shorts paired with the pureimpactathletics top was a striking combo that fit the vibe of this team.  We knew we could go fast and make some noise. We needed an outfit that portrayed that. Think gold, wear gold, win gold. 

Proud— each one of us really gave it our all. The effort and energy was high. We fed off of each other's momentum and kept rolling through the finish line.  Seeing our names and a sub 60 time on the board felt amazing. 

The kickoff of hyroxca was electric. To be able to take part in the first race(s) on Canadian soil & come home with some flags made for a truly epic weekend.
