This designer technique is when you paint the entire room from top to bottom in the same color including the trim and doors. It can also include the ceiling, fully drenching the room in color. 

In our #northcarolinacolonial project, we leaned in to color throughout the home and especially in the family room where we < d r e n c h e d > the walls in Farrow and Ball Oval Room Blue.
