Tip: You’ll need to raid the pantry for some cardamom pods!

But it’s more than worth the effort for the soft heat they bring to this autumnal treat 🔥

→ Ingredients

Ice cubes and crushed ice
35ml Absolut Elyx vodka
10ml lime juice
25ml apple juice
50ml ginger beer

Garnish: Apple slice, 4 cardamom pods

→ How to make it

1. Add the vodka, lime juice, apple juice and a couple cardamom pods into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake hard and fine strain into a mule mug filled with more ice cubes.

3. Add the ginger beer and stir.

4. Top with crushed ice.

5. Garnish with the apple slice and a couple more cardamom pods before serving ✨
