It’s easy enough to judge the quality of restorations and isolation on instagram - but what of the patient management, diet advice and holistic care? 

The mesial caries of the 8 was a right pain to restore but I was fairly happy with how it turned out, but when you take a bitewing joy even a year later you have to question the point of going to these lengths. There’s a fair argument to be had that my dentistry here has failed - not on a tooth level but at the level of diet advice and hygiene…
