We won’t fish for compliments about our Blackened Mahi-Mahi, but we think you’ll be singing our praises about this dish. We pan crust the mahi filet in Cajun spices, add a fire roasted red pepper sauce, and serve it up with black beans & rice, avocado crema and pico de gallo. Sound delicious? We think so too.
