✨ I NEED YOUR HELP ✨

Last week I ran 16 miles for the first time ever. I’ve now run over a half-marathon 3 times since April. And the training for the nycmarathon continues. 

With less than a month to go I’ve got that much time to meet my fundraising goal for twloha 

I can’t say enough about how my mental health has changed during this journey. It’s truly a marathon … not a sprint 🤪 and your donation will go to support the vital work they are doing to make mental health accessible for all.
