## Caption

It's prime cookie baking weather in NorCal rn and I've got a new recipe for you! These crispy, jammy gluten-free linzer cookies are made with a blend of bobsredmill flours (ad) – almond, oat, and sweet rice – kissed with lemon and cinnamon, and sandwiched with the preserves of your choice. 

Almost as fun to make as they are to eat, and much easier than they look. I love the way the little peep holes look like stained glass and the flutter of powdered sugar reminds me of snowflakes. 

And I've tested versions that are:
- DF / vegan
- grain-free / paleo
- refined sugar-free
so everyone can partake!
