This is SUCH  a good question! Bags are so important because they hold everything that’s important! Scriptures, journals, pamphlets, planner and phone are just some of the things you’ll be carrying with you! 
Your bag has you covered IF YOU HAVE YOUR BAG COVERED! 
We can’t stress enough the importance of making sure your main proselyting bag has all of these important details!!
- waterproof (with SEAM SEALED zipper!)
- RFID proof (meaning people can’t “tap to pay” your bag and wallet to steal your credit card info)
- anti-theft features
- water bottle pocket
- umbrella pocket (so it doesn’t get water into your waterproof bag!)

Our FAVORITE bag is the Sojourn Bag!! And guess what? It has ALL OF THOSE FEATURES! 

A lot of sisters will bring a couple different options for bags. Everyone needs a normal proselyting bag (^ with all of those features) and a lot of girls will bring another couple bags that are either a little dressier/sportier/more compact/funkier colors, etc.

Just like it’s important to have variety in your clothes and shoes for durability, it’s important to rotate bags too!!
