👋🏼 I’m Adela and I help ambitious wellness experts and exec coaches play big in their field and become trusted thought leaders. I do this by helping you land powerful media coverage to attract more clients, credibility and reach.

⛏️ What that really means is ->  I’m a story-hunter, a story archaeologist, cutting through the jungle of BS experts in the world of wellness and personal development. I unearth TRUE thought leaders who are mission-lead NOT money-led and truly change the world with their work.

🩺 The real reason I work in wellness and personal development is because I KNOW how much we need it. I was a Type A Management Consultant for 17 years high on adrenaline, low on life. 

💼 I worked at Accenture, Moorhouse & Sky on $469 company transformation and M&A deals with clients like BA, Deutsche Bank, RBS, BT, Sky Sports, Unilever, GSK, Carillion all around the world…

BUT

behind the scenes I saw A LOT of colleagues break down, flip out, burn out, lose their marriages and damage others.

People were unwell.  😟 😟 😟

So now I take my personal experience in strategy and corporate and merge that with my love of story-telling to amplify the work of talented doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, exec coaches who truly make an impact on how we show up in the world.  📣 📣 📣
