Laura is an alcohol-free trailblazer. I remember finding her website, #TheSobrietyCollective, back in late 2017 or early 2018 & thinking how awesome she was to embrace her sobriety out loud while being incredibly cool. She's been crushing the sober game since 2007.

She’s the founder of Zero Proof Nation & Booze Free in DC, two platforms focused on highlighting #NA beverages & the culture driving their growth. Sober since 2007, she is co-host - with Danny Frounfelkner of Sipple Co. - of By Volume Podcast, a podcast focused on the intersection between music & non-alcoholic beverages & recently started as Adult Non-Alcoholic Drinks Industry Advisor to The Spearhead Group.

This former roller derby girl recently went to London, UK to be a judge at the inaugural World Alcohol-Free Awards. When not on the karaoke stage, Laura is frequently sought after as an industry subject matter expert by publications such as Wine Enthusiast, Forbes, America's Test Kitchen, and BBC.
