#TSRUpdatez: It looks like #SafareeSamuels may be looking to have his child support payments to his ex-wife #EricaMena adjusted, according to intouchweekly.

In documents reportedly obtained by the outlet, in a previous petition filed in 2023, the former couple agreed to share custody of their two children, with Safaree paying $4,305 per month in child support. Now, in his new petition, Safaree reportedly said, “The Child Support amount was based upon [his] monthly income of $61,157 per month and [Erica’s] monthly income of $41,289.00 per month.” However, since that order, “there has been a significant change in circumstances regarding the custodial arrangement and earnings of the parties.”

Aside from Safaree reportedly stating in his filing that he no longer earns $61,000 per month, his lawyer argued, “Specifically, [Safaree] has greater parenting time exceeding the prescribed 12 days. [Safaree] has the minor children in his physical custody on average 3-4 weeks consistently during his time.”

In Touch Weekly reports that Safaree’s lawyer noted that since his divorce from Erica, Safaree is no longer a full-time talent on #LHHATL, and his booking appearances are not the same. Safaree reportedly claimed he experienced a “significant loss of income” due to the “direct acts” of Erica. Adding she engaged in an “extensive public disparagement campaign against” him on social media.
