Apple picking season is here - and this fun and simple dessert is a must try!

Juicy apples are baked in the air fryer while a quick crisp topping is stirred together.

It’s based on my favorite SunButter sunflower seed butter Oatmeal Cookie recipe. SunButter makes the topping rich and buttery!

Top each cup of baked apples with a heaping scoop of the oat mixture, and air fryer another 10 minutes to brown.

SO good topped with ice cream and a drizzle of SunButter caramel sauce!
