Here's some amazing inspiration for you! chelsie_one2one has lost an incredible 6 and a half stone in 7 months with The 1:1 Diet. 🙌 

"6 months postpartum and enough was enough...I’d gone into pregnancy overweight and had gained an extra 4 stone which wasn’t shifting after my daughters arrival. I wanted to lose at least 6 stone in 6 months for her 1st birthday! 

After having a newborn family photoshoot, which made me cringe at every photo of myself, I knew I didn’t want to be looking back at her 1st birthday photos in the same way.

I did it - I reached my first goal of losing exactly 6 stone one day before Sydnie’s 1st Birthday!

I’m now 7 months into my journey and I’m 6 and a half stone down.

I completed the majority of my weight-loss on Step 1B - as a busy new mum the convenience of this Step and the yummy products really suited me and it gave me the headspace away from food that I needed as well as more energy - which I needed with the sleepless nights! I’m now on Step 4 as I work up into maintenance.

This is the only diet plan I’ve ever been able to truly stick at long term and to see such incredible results, a full change in my relationship with food and a whole new glowing confidence - I could not recommend the plan enough."
