The song is called ‘I Follow Rivers’, but we follow Autumn. 

It’s #Rocktober here in Michigan and that means the leaves are changing colors, morning temperatures are dropping, but we’re still cruising along.  The Fall segment is all about mileage, building the aerobic base, and mastering the technique as a team.
