Introducing Hagan and Chestnut, a transformative mixed-use development set to reshape the heart of one of Nashville’s most creative neighborhoods, WeHo!

Location Highlights:
Wedgewood-Houston (WeHo) is just south of downtown and is known for its rich industrial history and vibrant arts scene. The neighborhood, which includes old railroad junctions and brick warehouses, is now a hub of creative energy and urban growth.

Project Focus:
This development will repurpose the historic 516 Hagan Street building, blending industrial roots with modern urban living. The design prioritizes open outdoor spaces, greenery, and pedestrian-friendly access to ensure a vibrant community atmosphere.

Housing Details:
Expect under 100 luxury units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom penthouse options with expansive views. These units will offer a fresh take on Nashville living.

Mixed-Use Features:
Along with luxury housing, Hagan and Chestnut will offer retail, office spaces, and amenities designed to support long-term sustainability and boost WeHo’s evolving character.

Planning and Development:
This project by Material Ventures, scheduled for the 10/24/2024 Metro Planning Agenda, aims to bring new energy to the neighborhood while staying true to WeHo’s creative roots.

Stay tuned for more updates as this project progresses, and learn how Hagan and Chestnut will contribute to the growth of one of Nashville’s most dynamic communities!
