On Oct. 13 during the opening round of the Section 1 individual tournament, Montgomery won her first round match, 4-6, 6-1, 8-10. ... As the regular season came to a close, Montgomery posted wins over Yorktown and Carmel leading the Sailors to their first undefeated season since 2007. ... The captain garnered All League and All Section honors last season. ... As a member of the lacrosse team, Montgomery, who played attack and middle, has over 200 career points and 100 career goals. ... The captain of the lacrosse team garnered all section honors and was named to lohud's All star team

Extracurriculars: At Hen Hud, Montgomery founded the Pickleball Club and the Special Olympics Peer Leadership program as well as the tennis Special Olympics program. ...
