Our Transformation of the Year winner, Donna has lost nearly 10st with The 1:1 Diet! What an inspiring journey she has been through with the support of her Consultant Deborah 💕

Donna had many health issues and was prescribed 11 daily tablets by her GP. Her weight ballooned to 25 stone and she turned to food for comfort, and hit rock bottom.
