Today was a very emotional session for me , I’ve been chasing 500lbs for what feels like forever and today I finally did and paused it. It’s not just about the load and the time it took. It’s about all the little sessions where I put all my hard days into the iron plates. This is more than just a hobby or sport for me, this is my safe haven and today I finally proved to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to. I’m still not finished.
