Meet Lauren Cook, barre3 DC-14th Street new owner, and Alicia Sokol, DC-14th Street founding owner who originally opened the studio in 2016. Both Alicia and Lauren first found barre3 as clients and then certified as instructors before eventually wearing the owner hat. Lauren is celebrating her one year anniversary of studio ownership this week after purchasing it from Alicia last October!
