if you’re a tea queen and visiting OC, I highly recommend a visit to the historic cottages on Los Rios in San Juan Capistrano! 

there’s a stunning tea house theteahouseonlosrios, but if you’re just stopping by without a reservation you can shop their tea boutique teaque_oc and purchase tea & scones to-go ☕️

I purchased some loose leaf tea and oh my it’s so tasty I’ve been brewing it all week, I’ll have to go back soon for more 🤭
