This unique take on a classic winter treat features a dissolving spiced white chocolate disc and in-house marshmallow mixed with a cinnamon stir stick with dark chocolate, marshmallow meringue and dried mint leaves - topped with vanilla bean whipped cream. 

In true festive spirit, this decadent chocolate masterpiece is served with a Biscochito, the official state cookie of New Mexico.
