Out here making bysamanthadawn proud lol 😆 

When I went through PPD I didn’t get myself dressed up and sometimes didn’t shower for days (yep, I said it #realityofmotherhood ) and it was such a dark dark time for me. 

When I go too long without taking time for myself it messes with me mentally. 

Now, as a healing busy mom of 4, I usually live in leggings, sweats and athletic wear. I mean come on, I break into a full blown sweat chasing my youngest to put on pants in the morning so why get dressed up?? lol 

For me, getting fully dressed in my style makes me feel:
•confident
•cute
•creative 
and it allows me to put some extra time into myself. 

I have made it a point to dress up at LEAST 3x a week. 

You see that? Not every day. Minimum 3x a week, whatever days work best!

To make changes it’s okay to take your time easing into it, especially depending on the season you’re in.
