I know it’s all innocent.. at least I hope so 🤪 Has this happened to anyone else??

Plus, I was a teenager when I had my first child, so I definitely won’t look the same no matter what I do 😂

Bodies change after babies, obvi. 
And as I began my weight release journey (most recently), I wanted to build the foundation of getting healthier for ME inside, which will seemingly effect the outside in time!

✊🏾The foods I consistently eat, how are they treating me? Am I taking time to actually get some nutrition in my body?

✊🏾Building strength

✊🏾Getting assessed and treated for the challenges within my mental health and capabilities (adhd & anxiety)

✊🏾losing the excess fat that accumulated through depression stages and survival mode, etc. 

✊🏾Healing and working through undoing the habits I created just to survive the day. I.E skipping breakfast, eating fast food because I was too overwhelmed to cook, not sleeping or working out, etc

✊🏾Learning who God is and who He created me to be, so how do I train myself to show up as that woman consistently and as best as I can!

✊🏾understanding my body is a gift and a temple for my Spirit & Soul 

It’s just a whole internal thang going on now which I am still learning but I still thought this video was funny because it’s happened !

I accept where I am right now and excited for where I’m going! 👏🏾💪🏾❤️😍
