Best of luck to all our scholars on final exams this fall!

As you prepare for your finals, here are some helpful tips you can apply to your study routine 📚

• Schedule study sessions for a time when you are the most mentally sharp.
• Prioritize what to study based on when your exams are and what topics you are having the most difficulty.
• Put your phone on "do not disturb" to limit distractions.
• Take breaks when you hit milestones in your assignments like going for a walk, watching a show, or spending time with a friend.
• Make sure you are getting enough sleep to improve memory, alertness, mood and motivation.
