i started praying for grace and favor! that’s it ✨ 

it’s so easy to get caught up in likes, views, engagement, especially when algorithms may not work in your favor at times BUT prayer truly is a weapon. i’m learning everyday that i can pray about EVERYTHING frfr 😂 like it’s not just a thing ppl say, it’s a PRACTICE. 

sometimes i catch myself about to let this exact sound play in my head over and over and over again, but the Prince of Peace truly offers me sanity even when it comes to content. 

i also realized that when i keep my focus on my content more than God this sound tends to creep in. reminder to keep God first in all things, even in my beauty content and that applies to everyone who comes online and shares their gifts with the world. 

let the Lord be a guide and pray for grace and favor! not saying don’t study the tactics and social media strategies, but prayer is also a strategy and a weapon. pray for favor in this space, with the brands you work with, with these algorithms, favor with God and with man. 

and this serves as a reminder that i should pray over my content again and more consistently. the platform is just a tool, the Lord is the one who blesses and opens doors. perspective is truly what shifts the mind, and makes our foundation firm in Christ. 

let Jesus be at the center of it all.
