Election 2024: California’s Proposition 2 would authorize the state to borrow $10 billion in bond funding for school construction work, including repairs and upgrades.

The state would pay the money back with interest over 35 years. K-12 schools and community colleges could use it to pay for previous construction projects, or for new construction and repairs to aging buildings.
