For decades, Ryuichi Sakamoto was beloved as a musician, composer and pianist. Yet, his works extended far beyond the score. Not one to shy away from new technology, he created several innovative sound installations, exhibitions and concert experiences, often in collaboration with other artists and creatives—and KAGAMI is no exception.

Created with tindrumio, KAGAMI is one of Sakamoto's final works and bears all the hallmarks of his artistry: immersive, meditative, and deeply evocative. This transcendental concert experience features a multi-dimensional recording of Sakamoto’s solo piano performance, interwoven with material reality, surround sound and dimensional art elements.
