Nothing feels better than keeping a promise to yourself. Training for the everywomans marathon has helped me find strength I didn’t know I had. I’ve trained on hot Arizona mornings, before long shifts at work, after tough nights with a sick son. I’ve continued to show up for myself even when I don’t feel like it. It helps having a treat to look forward to and that’s why I love Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Protein- whether it’s by itself or mixed in a smoothie, knowing I have this to look forward to helps me power through and keep me committed to progress while replenishing my body with electrolytes and the protein I need to maintain muscle mass.
