the past couple of days really just told me i’m getting old. i forget im 25, and i can’t just not stretch day to day now.

if i could go back to my college self i would shake her and tell her how important it is in what you put into your body 🍌🍏🍓 and the importance of stretching 🙆🏻‍♀️ and moving your body
