這世界上流傳著一個定律，就是「17秒的吸引力法則」，說如果要凝聚足夠的能量去顯化願望，需要想著一個念頭至少17秒。

短短的17秒也許雲淡風輕、甚麼都沒發生，但也可以是一個新生命的開始，也可以是另一個故事的結束。找到「放下的頻率」之後，也許因放下了曾佔有心裡很大部分的事情，心裡會感到空虛，但正好也是為自己重新訂立方向的好時機。而開始這段旅程，只需17秒。

MV裡表達的是各人在每天生活當中都有不一樣的17秒流逝，而我們可以選擇怎樣好好在生命裡渡過每一個當下。

《音頻治療單曲系列》第五章

經歷了第一章以「聲之靜」探索內心，第二章以「生之靜」與世界共生，第三章以「多謝恐懼」學懂和自己相處，和第四章以「放下的頻率」尋找放下的真正意思，第五章以「17秒」開展自我療癒的下一步 - 轉念和許願。
系列的每一首單曲都融入不同的音頻治療元素和樂器。之前聽過音叉、框鼓、水晶缽。今次講到許願，Jocelyn覺得要運用最自然的音頻治療樂器 -「人聲」，讓大家更認真去感受自己身體的sound healing功能。編曲的設計讓多重人聲變成樂器，不只是一般的主音和合音的編排方式。這次邀請到 林一峰來featuring，以聲音獨特及療癒見稱的一峰做左一個沒有字的「對話」，用最純粹的頻率去交流。

Every 17 seconds is a chance to make a wish & reset your intentions. 
According to the 17 seconds law of attraction theory, in order for a thought to garner enough mental energy to be sent out as a manifestation, one must hold or repeat the thought for at least 17 seconds. 
In 17 seconds, perhaps nothing happens, or perhaps a story ends and another one begins. Perhaps there is life and perhaps there is death. In the MV, we muse over the many 17 seconds that pass us by every day, and the many possibilities that can happen within this special time. We can choose how to authentically live out every 17 second section of our lives and slowly write out our stories. 

Sound healing x Cantopop 
As a singer-songwriter and certified sound healing practitioner, Jocelyn has been releasing an on-going Sound Healing x Cantopop series where she infuses different healing frequencies and topics into pop music, bringing awareness to mental health care and self healing. Each musical chapter features a different sound healing tool - diverse frequencies from Tuning Forks, Crystal bowls and Frame drums can be heard in previous songs. In 17 seconds, Jocelyn focuses back on the most natural sound healing instrument we can access - the human voice. The arrangement is designed so that the human voice is blended in like an instrument, and Jocelyn invited iconic singer-songwriter Chet Lam to feature as the Sound Healing instrument itself, showcasing the healing powers we can find within our own voice when we allow creative expression. In the bridge, you can hear a playful “wordless” dialogue between Chet and Jocelyn.
