陳明憙《音頻治療單曲系列》來到了第四部曲。經歷了第一章以「聲之靜」探索內心，第二章以「生之靜」與世界共生，第三章以「多謝恐懼」學懂和自己相處，第四章則來到了關於放下的段落。

「放下」，或者不是一個純粹的動作，而是一個如同調校頻率的過程。
如同用最舊式的收音機去接收電台，有時會收到奇怪的訊號，有時會收錯頻道，我們都需要用心慢慢扭動調教，然後你就會清晰聽到你內心的說話 ，一段屬於重生的指引。直視傷害過自己的所有人，以「放下的頻率」帶我們找出放下的盡頭，那就是祝福。

系列的每一首單曲都融入了不同的音頻治療樂器，今次Jocelyn錄下了最易碎的道具 - 水晶缽 - 的聲音。演奏這樂器跟放下的過程一樣脆弱，如我們願意在傷痕滿身的情況下把心打開，交出足夠溫柔和耐性，就能找出那清脆的療癒頻率。
