From Hurricane Milton to the Northern Lights and everything in between, it’s been quite the month for our planet.

After staring into the sky for awhile last Wednesday evening, I was finally able to locate Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS) as it continued its orbit around Earth at an approximate speed of 150,000 mph. Despite being 44 million miles away, the A3 is still the most visible comet that we have seen in almost three decades.

So incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph another natural wonder this month. Truly appreciating this one in particular, as it is not expected to return for the next 80,000 years.
